Guidelines
Formatting GuidelinesIt is the authors' responsibility to ensure that their submissions adhere strictly to the required format. Submissions that do not comply with the formatting guidelines can be rejected without review. Full PapersYour paper should not exceed 8 pages in length with one column as in a single space. Use A4 paper (29.7cm x 21 cm). This includes all figures, tables, graphs, and bibliography. The format for submission is according to LNCS style. A template for preparing submissions using Microsoft Word can be downloaded from here. Also, there are LaTex and Plain Tex templates. Remember: submissions must be anonymised. Thematic sessions, Tutorial proposals, and Workshop proposalsSubmission of proposal is in PDF with A4 paper format. It should not exceed 2 pages and include the following information:
Titel of the Thematic session (name of SIG)/ Tutorial/ Workshop
Information of Author(s)/ Tutor(s): Name, Title, Affiliation Content of the Thematic session/ Tutorial/ Workshop (2 pages) Contact Person: Name, Title, Affiliation, E-mail address, Phone/Fax Number, Postal Address Proposals for Thematic sessions should also include a list of papers to be collected in the Thematic session. Please note: All papers have to be submitted individually and are evaluated individually. The deadline for submission of papers has expired. All submissions are now being reviewed until June, 20th 2010. PostersSubmission of posters is in PDF with A4 paper format, 1 page only. Presentation GuidelinesFurther information will follow soon. Oral Presentation GuidelinesPresentation Time: Each paper has 30 minutes including time for discussion. PostersPosters will be presented during a poster session together with a wine & cheese reception; most likely the poster session will take place on Monday afternoon between 4 and 6pm. PublicationAll accepted papers will be included in the WCSS2010 electronic proceedings. The best accepted papers will be published in a post-proceedings. |
